Summer->Fall+ of 2009:
IT Technician. Undergraduate only. Must be able to demonstrate basic white box technical skills as well as above average knowledge of Windows and Mac OS. Linux knowledge is not directly applicable.
Position will provide Help Desk support, break/fix, configurations, and all levels of support up to but not including the physical network. Additional responsibilities may include software testing, database management, and utility programming.
Web Developer: Will work with Joomla to implement a graphic designer's design for the Lab's replacement for this site. Knowledge of WordPress helpful (used to support conference specific sites). Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Graphics skills a plus. This is a temporary summer only position. MUST HAVE PRIOR WORK available for review. Must have contactable references.
